the Atlantic Coast Hockey League was a minor league hockey organization that operated between 1981 and 1987. Beginning within 1988 a league merged with the All-American Hockey League to create a East Coast Hockey League(ECHL). Inside 2002, another organization to carry a ACHL title was formed. This league would previous simply of these year & its remnants would become utilized to produce a newly South East Hockey League.
